Ms. P,
Today (23.2.2012) is the last day for us. We've known each other so long, too long actually. Honestly, I never expected our friendship to last this long. So, it's time for a break. A good one. Don't know when we'll meet again.. hope not too soon! Thank you for your service... You've done good! Thank you again...

A Good Massage

I realised that I don't blog about myself often. It's mostly about Aleesya. I don't know, to me she's so interesting and I can't stop talking about her. I know I share a lot about her, it's not "riak" or anything.. it's just natural for mothers to talk about their kids all the time.. yes, all the time. It's like an addiction - u can't stop it!! hahaha.. And i don't want to be cured.. hehe.

So, anyway.. I'm gonna share a bit about me. Like I've mentioned in my earlier post, Hubby and I met with an accident early this week and end up hurting our shoulders and back. My back was killing me since the day of the accident. I decided to go for a traditional massage just now, during my long lunchbreak. I tried Santai Suri in Bangi (as recommended by my blogger friend, CT).

Ohmigod, the massage was really painful... but I felt sooo relieved afterwards. Sakit sebab urat adalah tegang, and I haven't had massages for a long time. My whole body is so tensed... and now, I feel sooo relaxed. Sedap betul die massage! I've got past injuries, like I fell on my butt years ago on my way down a mountain, and I sprained my ankle a few weeks ago.. she healed it and made the pain disappear.. like magic! Sukalah! They also offer other services like facial, sauna, lulur, aerobics, urut rawatan.. etc. Next time I plan to do urutan sengkak pulak.. hehehe!

But the one thing yg slack is, the spa xpasang pulak lagu2 tiupan serunai or bunyi air terjun macam Bali style like I am used too.. hahha. Instead keluar pulak lagu Miley Cyrus.. huhu..

The best thing was, my masseuse said that I have a great body.. wahhhh! best giler dengar.. although it's a bit tensed and all, she said it's still in shape and masih montoq, bergetahhh... die yg sebut tau, not me!!! I nak tergelak masa dengar.. hahaha! That's like getting an odd compliment, u know, coming from a women... malu tau!

Bergetah or not, I'd better watch what I eat and be more fit this year as age is catching up on me.. I'm gonna be 30 this year... scary!!

Mat Rempit

Aleesya : Bukaaaaaannnnnnnn, mat motor laaaaaa..
Mommie : Sama la, mat rempit, mat motor, die naik motor...
Aleesya : Tapi die tak naik rempitttt pun....

Counting 1-40

Aleesya can count correctly from 1-40 in English already.. yay! Why do I say correctly till 40 only? Because when she gets to 50, she would say five-ty! Five-ty one, fivety-two, fivety-three and so on.. hahaha! Apa-apa je la Aleesya, Mommie is still so proud of u..

Last night, Aleesya couldn't wait to go to Tesco after we had dinner. It'a actually close by, just 5-10 mins drive, so we counted together during our journey there just to distract her.. seronoks sangat. Now, whenever I want her to wait, I'll make her count to 40... best kan?

I sms-ed Teacher Nur, Krista's principal and thanked her for educating Aleesya. This is her reply : "Yeehaaa! Shld b proud of her! that also being nomad u knw! being frm 1 class to the other! hahaha" (yes, she's cool like that)

What teacher Nur is referring on "nomad" is that in school, Aleesya likes to roam around and sits in 5y or 6y classroom when her 3&4y class is having playtime. She likes to tag along with her teacher, (and her teacher doesn't mind at all since she is well behaved) so it's explainable that she learns quite quickly. Alhamdulillah..

She's only been to school for almost 2 months, and I can see improvement already.. Alhamdulillah.. Thank you Krista! Can't wait to see what more will she learn..

Gangster Baju Kurung

Aleesya posing macam gangster berbaju kurung after fetching her from school. Xkena langsung! Mind u, she just finished her Iqra' class. Teacher cakap masa kelas Iqra', everyone else belajar berdepan dengan Ustazah, but Aleesya suka duduk sebelah Ustazah and learn.. haish, macam-macam si kecik ni...

Anyway, sekarang Iqra' classes is 4 times a week, but baju kurung Aleesya ada 3 je. Ermmm, nak kena beli a few more baju kurung la camnie.. Saw a few cute ones on FB already!! haha..

Bila tanya Aleesya belajar apa masa kelas Iqra'? She would answer, saya (her newfound word, semua nak sebut saya, proper betul) belajar Iqra' la.. saya dah Iqra' sepuluhhhhh...." Hey, jangan nak kelentong la si kecik, Iqra' ada sampai enam je tau!! hahahhaa...

We were in an Accident!

Yesterday, Hubby and I was in an accident at Bangi roundabout. A Japanese hit us from the back quite hard. He was rushing to KLIA to pick up his son, apparently. All i can say is, thank god for seatbelts!! Not much damage has been done though - our bumper is dented and lights are broken. But, my back and shoulder is killing me from the impact. I am going to the clinic later to get myself checked on...

Syukur Alhamdulillah, Aleesya wasn't in the car with us.. I would imagine her sure tercampak ke depan since she always always avoid sitting in her carseat. Ya Allah, memang mengucap panjang la semalam.. and it is crystal clear on the importance of carseat to me. However stubborn your kid is, please force them in their carseat... It's for their own good!

Boobies!

Aleesya is obsessed with my boobs!! But she calls it bo-bies (pronounced as bo-bis). Malu okey... Sometimes she would feel my boobs when I hugged her and she would say, "Bo-bis Mommie besar, Cha-cha nyer kecik je!". (Note : boobies Mommie takdelah besar mana pun actually... hehe) Oppppsss, malu japs di situ!! If it's at home, I would just laugh out loud with her.. biasalah budak2, they say the darnest things... But, sometimes she would say it in public and I swear I nak pengsan there and then jugak.. Malunyer!!

The other day I asked her whether she wanted milk while cuddling her from the back, she turned around and tried to bite my boobs. Ohmigod, apakah? Pengsan Mommie.. Whenever she sees a mother breastfeeding a baby (especially my sister), she would ask me what is the Mommie doing? I know Aleesya would have forgotten about me breastfeeding her, after all I only managed to breastfeed her for 3 months.. huhu.. Xde rezeki.. She's observing all this, and thinks it's something different and funny.

Believe it or not, kids at her age are quick to learn about the private parts. It's our duty as a parent to monitor our kids, segregate the boys and the girls during play and rest. Because it's just a matter of time till they start asking questions about the opposite sex, so be ready... Owh,. so scary!
